EXCHANGE POLICIES
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and assist you accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom or personalized products cannot be exchanged or replaced under any circumstances.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for our ready-made designs and plain products.
To get your desired item quickly, you may initiate an exchange (if eligible), and once accepted, place a new order for the product you want.
Please Note: Reverse pick-up not be available . In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
